Been a while since my last blog.
I have been busy working on my many mods and updating them, getting them uploaded and making videos where possible.
So firstly I'm going to start with something AMAZING.
That was amazing and I thank everyone who supported mine and nightterror5's mod
That was just the tip of the iceburg however because the NEXT month I actually WON File of the Month on Fallout 3 nexus with my flagship mod, Restoreout.
Thankyou so much to everyone who voted. You have no idea how much it means to me. Putting a Year of my time into that mod really paid off last night when I noticed I won
Then as of today there is only one mod on the voting poll of July 2011 and that is Wiccan0Witch's Falloutcraft, which I am currently working on
So thanks to those who did that.
So yes, now that those celebrations are out of the way, I'll let you guys know what's been going on in the high and mighty KDStudios domain
Star Trek Mod's progress is slow as you'd expect but we're making headroom. Sometimes though I get that frustrated with it I'm forced to put it down for the day and work on something else before I'm inspired to work on this.
Don't worry though we have a LOT done. Interiors are currently the number one priority with that mod. I have placeholder textures and models for federation ships so we'll see what I can do with them eventually
Restoreout NV has literally just started. I was recently inspired to make it with the huge interest in Restoreout for Fallout 3. This will take little next to forever to create though. What with working on Star trek and Falloutcraft, I'm lucky to get a single texture created!
Falloutcraft has recently come into my possession because of Wiccan0Witch's lack of time to do any work on her projects, which sucks because she managed to achieve so much. But at least it's not left to die. She will help me occasionally but won't work on it directly for the foreseeable future.
I actually got myself a lot of caffine and worked on it last night none stop. I had a huge breakthrough that she was having huge problems doing. I created a static block model for her, a 2D Block for her saplings and mushrooms and most importantly Destroyable blocks with a specific weapon!
So yeah. Can't wait to add more to it!
But yeah that's what I've been working on for the past month.
I've also created Omegaspectre some Templar textures so it will be interesting to see what he does with those.
Things can only go up and up
